3. Purpose and Notice of Processing

We only process your personal data for the following specific, clear, and lawful purposes:

• To create and securely manage your Adhigo account.
• To sync your educational progress across your devices.
• To send you essential service updates (e.g., account verification, password resets) via email.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties under any circumstances.

4. Your Rights as a Data Principal (DPDP Act)

Under the DPDP Act, you have absolute control over your data. You possess the following rights:

• Right to Access: You can request a summary of the personal data we hold about you.
• Right to Correction & Erasure: You can update your name or email in your profile, or request the complete deletion of your account and associated data.
• Right to Withdraw Consent: You can withdraw your consent for data processing at any time by deleting your account. Note that this will terminate your access to the platform.
• Right to Grievance Redressal: You have the right to register a complaint regarding your data processing (details in Section 7).

5. Data relating to Children

Adhigo is intended for students preparing for competitive exams. If you are under the age of 18, you must have the consent of a parent or lawful guardian to use this platform. We do not knowingly process data of children without verifiable parental consent.

6. Security & Retention

We implement reasonable security safeguards to protect your name and email from unauthorized access or breaches. We retain your data only for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your personal data is permanently erased from our active databases.
